So I have taken it upon myself to try and explore of my mind and get into the idea of mindfulness, so I've taken up firstly meditation, my goal is be able to do it comfortably on the daily for 30 minutes straight, by first counting my breaths and then eventually body scanning and trance.
My goal after this is really to see if I can test some methods for achieving astral projection, see if they hold true to me or not.
I also recommend you the reader sitting there browsing this to have a go with me, perhaps we can achieve this understanding together.
So let's start off with doing a week of 10 minutes daily, of clear emptiness in the head, moving to 15 after that, then 20 and so on till 30 and then 2 weeks of that. I'll see if this is achievable and catalogue my feelings and such throughout. Perhaps a weekly reflection.
